Order Processing Time

• Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. 

Shipping Options 

• Shipping is available in the U.S.

• Once items have been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. 

• Once items are shipped, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Please contact your shipping carrier or consider purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. We highly recommend the Route Package Protection for quick issue resolution. All U.S. packages are insured with USPS, but claims with USPS may take weeks and must be handled by the customer. For better assistance with lost, stolen, or damaged products, the Route Package Protection  is strongly advised.

• If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay shipping again in order for us to reship items back to you.
